Why is my order in "Pending" status?
We carefully verify each and every order to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
You will receive a confirmation email within 48hs.
Please note that if you placed an order for the same day, you will receive the confirmation sooner.

When will I receive the tickets?
We make every effort to ensure that our customers receive their tickets in a timely and efficient manner. 
All tickets are sent from 3 days before the game and up to the day of the event.

How will I receive my tickets?
Most of our tickets are electronic tickets which will be sent to your email address,
In some cases, they are paper tickets; of course, we will let you know closer to the event and ask for a local delivery address or send you the pickup location.
It is important to note that in some cases, our suppliers may contact you directly to deliver the tickets via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. 

Which formats are the tickets?
Electronic tickets formats:
PDF tickets - You can download them to your phone, or print them at home (Optional).
QR Code - You can download/screenshot it to your phone. (Additional instructions are attached with the tickets)
NFC Pass - You can add it to your Wallet - Apple/Google Wallet. (Additional instructions are attached with the tickets). These tickets must be deleted from the wallet after the match to avoid a fine.

Physical (Paper) Tickets:
Our tickets will be delivered depending on your location.
In some cases, we will request your shipping address for a special delivery of the tickets,
In other cases, there will be a pick-up location by our suppliers. We/our suppliers will send you the exact details closer to the event.

Will my seats be together?
We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible ticketing experience.
We guarantee 2 seats together in all categories other than ''Short Side Single Ticket''.
If you order more than 2 then they will be as close as possible.
We always do our best to allocate tickets from the same order (more than 2 tickets) seated together, however, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that any special requests such as all seats together have to be requested at the time of your purchase with one of our sales agents.

What if the event date has been rescheduled?
We understand that event dates and times are subject to change and are ultimately controlled by the official event organizer. It is important to note that these changes are beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to periodically check the correct date and time and make your own personal arrangements accordingly.
In the event of a rescheduled event, your original tickets will still be valid, and no further action will be necessary.

Please note that while we do our best to keep our website updated with the latest information about events, we cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the event organizer.

Are the tickets authentic?
We take great pride in providing our customers with a secure and trustworthy ticketing experience. Rest assured that all of our tickets are genuine, official, and guaranteed to be authentic.

Are the tickets for home or away supporters?
All of the categories are intended for the home supporters, besides the category called “away section”. 
If this category is not available for a specific event, it means that there are no tickets available for away supporters. It is important to note that as a home supporter, it is your responsibility to refrain from wearing the colors or merchandise of the opposing team, or cheering for them during the event. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in removal from the stadium.

Is the seating category shown on the site and the category printed on the ticket the same?
We have developed our own seating categories to streamline the ordering process for our customers.
While the seating category displayed on our website may not always match the category printed on the ticket, rest assured that the exact seat number, row, and section will be clearly indicated on the ticket.
To ensure complete transparency and accuracy, we provide a category description on our website for each event.

Do I need to be a member to buy tickets?
You do not need to be a member, we will provide you with all needed documents including a membership if needed.
Why is the price on the site different from the price mentioned on the ticket?
We are a secondary market ticketing company that operates on a supply and demand basis. Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible price for their tickets, taking into consideration the level of difficulty in obtaining specific tickets and the level of demand compared to our inventory.
It is important to note that the actual price printed on the ticket may differ from the price charged on our website, due to these supply and demand factors. 

Why isn't my name on the ticket?
Since we are a secondary marketplace, sometimes the name that appears on the ticket is the name of the original buyer.
That will not be a problem since all you need to get into the stadium is the code on your ticket.

Are my tickets guaranteed?
We pride ourselves on being a reliable and trustworthy source in the secondary ticketing sector. Once your order has been confirmed and approved, we guarantee that your tickets will be delivered to you as promised. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that all tickets purchased through our website are supplied in a timely and efficient manner. You can rest assured that when you order from Ticketgum, you will receive the best possible service and supply. What Currency will I be charged?
The orders will always be charged in GBP, even if the original price was displayed in a different currency.

What do I do if I have any kind of issue with my ticket?
We are available via live chat and email 2 hours before each game and until half-time.
Please contact us immediately since we can assist you with any problem that may occur.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur if we are not informed at the time of the event. It is important to notify us as soon as possible so that we can work to resolve any problems you may be experiencing.

How do I use my Coupon Code?
1- On the billing and shipping section, click on coupon and insert the code. Then click on use.

2- Fill out all the details until you get to the payment section. At the payment section, click on add promotion code and insert the code.

3- After you insert the code, the new amount to pay will appear.

Can I cancel the Ticket after the purchase?
All orders are final, no refunds will be given.
